TOPFORT products are warranted for a period of 3 month from date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. If the warrantied products are defective in workmanship and/or materials, you can simply email us (support@mytopfort.com). Your order number, date of purchase, and where you bought the product must accompany all warranty claims.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent

A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.

Q1.What Countries Does Topfort Deliver to?

We can deliver orders to any country. Goods are sent from China by courier, and delivered direct to your door (home or company address). Wherever you are in the world, you can buy fishing equipments directly from TOPFORT!

1. If, for any reason, the products cannot be delivered to you due to a Customs problem, we will discuss with you case by case about how best to handle the issue(s).
